Each prospective participant must bring:
1. Copy of Passport and Identity Card (KTP)
2. Copy of Student Card
3. Letter of ability to pay for airline tickets and meals (stamped, free format)
4. Letter of permit from parents stating that they allow their children to join the program (stamped, free format)
5. Letter of recommendation from the study program (may be signed by the head of the study program, academic supervisor or lecturer, free format)
PS. Prospective participants who are not present in the interview session are considered to have resigned from the program.
